I like to feature music that makes me feel happy and makes me want to dance. I used to be a really stressed out individual but had to reclaim my life. My first step to overcoming stress was choosing one day out of the week that was going to be stress free no matter what was going on. The best way for me to do this is by listening to music and dancing. This soon spread to the rest of the week and now I can get through most days without feeling stressed out.
