This has been one of the most stressful weeks I have had in a very long time. Putting into practice everything I have learned about my new job position has been really overwhelming and in my head I quit about 3 times this week…lol.
Stress tends to bring chaos into my world. I tend to eat more salty and sweet snacks than I normally would, I totally give up on exercise, don’t care for my hair as usual and my energy is like non-existent. I come home from work and fall asleep the moment I walk through the door. I don’t like feeling like this at all! So to put some fun back into my routine I am starting today off with a dance break to shake off this week’s troubles.
